BENJAMIN DIZOGLIO

INSTRUCTOR - SPECIALIZES IN HITTING, PITCHING, AND FIELDING

Ben was a first-basemen and pitcher at PSU for four years, majoring in English Literature and philosophy, graduating Summa cum Laude in '11. Since, he's played in amateur, wood-bat baseball leagues throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

A lifelong student of the game, Ben understands baseball is a mentally engaging exercise that can be paralleled to preparing for life’s challenges and learning to work through adversity.
He recognizes that baseball is a mental game that builds the ability to focus on achieving a specific goals through a process of commitment, endurance and a little sweat.

Ben believes that strength is vital in baseball but is, at times, overemphasized as the key to results. Properly aligning the lower half and top half in every action, fielding, hitting, and pitching leads to strength, results, and avoiding injuries.
