WINTER HITTING CLINICS AGES 9-12
Designed for players looking to achieve more contact, power and consistency, this 4 week clinic provides instruction on the fundamentals of hitting mechanics and the process behind creating effective approaches in practice and at the plate! Stations will be centralized around the core hitting drills designed by our professional coaches, along with proper base running strategies too!

Winter Hitting
WINTER PITCHING CLINICS - AGES 9-12
Sound throwing mechanics are the first step to sound pitching mechanics, in this 5 week clinic players will learn how to translate their throwing fundamentals to the mound! Stations based on the teachings of the National Pitching Association will teach players how to create and safely use momentum to deliver pitches with greater velocity and accuracy while reducing risk of throwing related injuries.

Winter Pitching
WINTER GENERAL SKILLS CLINICS AGES 9-12
The “five tool player” is a term used in baseball to describe the player that has achieved mastery in the five talents of baseball - hitting for average, hitting for power, throwing, running, and fielding. Work on all five of your tools to get ready for the spring season in this all inclusive skills clinic. Each week our professional coaches will cover various topics related to hitting, throwing, base-running, pitching and defense to help players gain the skills and confidence to be ready to play opening day!

WINTER ROOKIE SKILLS CLINICS - AGES 7-8
This 4 week clinic focuses on the fundamental skills of throwing, catching, hitting, fielding and base running while creating a fun environment that will help young players foster success and a love of the game. Each week our coaches will lead players through fun, skill building stations leading into a coach pitch practice game in each meeting. The curriculum is designed to build confidence, recognize the importance of teamwork, cooperation and to have fun playing ball!

WInter Rookie 7-8
