CURRENT OFFERINGS

SMALL GROUP HITTING

Designed for for a more personalized approach, this 3 week small group clinic systematically  provides instruction on hitting essentials including proper mechanics, aggressive approach, timing and developing consistent powerful swings.  Players will be introduced to drill progressions the will address specific flaws in their swing and learn effective in game techniques to make quick adjustments as needed.   All players will receive a full video analysis of their swings which will be emailed to them for personal future review!

SMALL GROUP PITCHING

Perform at your best in this 3 week small group clinic providing instruction on sound mechanics, arm strengthening techniques, proper conditioning for young pitchers, and an introduction to drills that will keep delivering strike after strike! Curriculum is based on the teachings of the National Pitching Association, and has been developed by NPA certified pitching coach, Tom Landry.  All players will receive a full video analysis of their delivery from the stretch and wind-up which will be emailed to them for personal future review!
